With the propagation of a concept which mandatory education is essential for whole students in a country, more and more government are willing to subsidy those whose age are located in some appropriate range in a given periods. However, education's form become more complicated and parents are worried about their students' learning attitude and doubt teachers' teaching abilities. Is it proper for parents to attend the process of teaching? there is a debate over this issue.
The goal of education is to cultivate students and make them become well-trained citizens with mercy, witness, emphusiam, and so forth. To achieve it, several basic and significant factors must be considered -- environment, teacher and textbooks. Usually, teacher is the most important element among them, which will have a direct influence on children's future. Therefore, anyone who wants to be a teacher needs taking lots of examination and attending various coursesm. As far as I know, a new teacher must get all his or her credits related to educational courses, praticing teaching for one or two months in an elementary school or a high school; finally, he or she have the chance being examinated by guided professor and will get the qualification or certification if acquiring the professor's admittion. In other words, there are many steps existed in front of a students who are willing to be a teacher, therefore, people should rely on them and trust their abilities of teaching as a result of censored by unversities and their professors.
Nevertheless, nowadays people can read newpapers and find more headlines related to teachers, also called professors in universities, and students. It isn't unusual to hear that some students kill his or her classmates dramatically by using guns or other keen objects. Hence, parents think of what's going wrong in the contemporary education and often blame it to professors. They imagine and assert the way professors teach in the classroom is not acceptible by students and results in these miserable and unrecoverable events. In other words, they advocate that both parents and c ommunities must be invloved in the local schoold to censor the quality of teaching, even improve it. It seems plausible, however, letting people from outside world enter the system of education will cause some serious side effects without considering deeply. For example, parents without awareness of difference or gap between their home and schools may be obstacles, and then, a professor can not successfully accomplish their plan of teaching simply because several students complain about checking name in the beginning of a course. Parents easily misleaded by their students' point of view as a result of wanting to protecting their children's right of education.
Moreover, parents and communities intervened in the process of education will also contaminate the education. That is to say, they unconsciously decide the direction professors or schools must attain in the nearly future, and professors or schools more or less are restrained from covneying appropriate methods. On the other hand, there is no denying that bad-trained professors do not extinguish in the earth. As a result, censoring is also an significant thing to sustain the quality of education.
In consquence, whether involving both parents and communities in the local schools or not depends on circumstances, and it should be decides by related goventment carefully in order to give an tainted environment to students.
